Why my performance going down?

Hi,
I have question. Why my performance is going down ? According to me i response on time deliver on time and even order completed on time. If order is not completed then i use extend delivery time. I don’t know why performance going down again.
Need help guys.

Extending the delivery time might be consider as late delivery and that is causing the performance to down.

To resolve the issue make sure to add enough days in your gig eg 2 days or 3 days so you don’t have to extend the delivery by resolve now.
