Why my Response Time is 2 Hrs while i respond to everyone within few minutes through mobile


I am seeing that response time in my account was 1Hr but now it has changed to 2 Hrs but i am responding to everyone within few minutes to maximum half an hour. Any suggestion to improve will be highly appreciated


Happens to me too, but I think they calculate it as average in the last 60 days. I’m not sure how, but that’s how I understand it.


Due to Average calculations
