Recently 2 months i don’t delivery any order so my rating down. It is increasing automatic 100.
There’s the rating on your dashboard/analytics that’s the last 60 days and the rating on your public profile that is an all-time average rating. If you’re sure either are wrong you could contact CS. If you haven’t had a completed order in 60 days it might not say any amount on the dashboard I think (eg. it might say “N/A”) I think.
