Why My Video Denied by Fiverr?

I make a video myself and try to upload it with my one of gig, but fiverr denied my video. why its doing like this can any expert help me here?

Also make sure you don’t include links to any other pages or services in your video, even in the background or on accident.

Maybe it is too short, or too long.

Make sure your video is

1. Less than 60 seconds
   
2. Less than 50 MB
   
3. Has “exclusively on Fiverr” text somewhere in your video

I had a video denied by fiverr as well. I’m not sure why. It is professional and creative and under 30 seconds and under 50 mb. The only thing I can think of that would get it kicked back is the adobe spark watermark at the end of the video. Could this be why it is getting booted back to me? I really need this video to help get me some sales going.

Best way as I think. Make a video less than 60 sec
if its size large than 75 mb , compress it.
