Why online sellers are not showing for me?

Perhaps there were no sellers online in that category at the time you were conducting your search.

Its the same here. I am unable to Click on the online seller’s tick on the Computer but its working fine on Mobile app. I can see who is online but there is no such option in the mobile app’s refine search filters

The online status is not working. Customer support told me they are working on fixing it. The green light to tell people when sellers are online next to seller’s names on their profile is not working either.

Yes I’m unable to click on the online sellers on the Computer but I clicked the gig that seller is online. And also fiverr app is working fine.
