Why was this message automatically marked as spam?

So, today I logged onto Fiverr to see that I do have an enquiry in my inbox from a potential buyer about one of my gigs. As I scrolled down a message occured saying " ALERT, (name here) will no longer be able to contact you". I saw at the bottom of their message it says it has been reported, but I haven’t reported it. Has anyone else had this and what do I do? Thanks.

It is likely that someone else – or multiple other users – reported that blocked user to Fiverr (probably for spam), and Fiverr chose to block the user from contacting or communicating with anyone.

I assume that he may have sent you some spam link to your inbox and therefore he may also have sent some spam content to some other seller as well who may have reported. Hope you get me.
