Will I be promoted to Level 1?

Hi, I already have 9 reviews, total orders created 18 (3 cancelled mutually), and few were non-rated (because they never came back to check if it was okay whatever I did).
I just delivered 10th project, and hopeful to get 5 star ratings, because he is very satisfied with work.

It’s been more than months I am active on fiverr.
