Are the other four bars green as well? There are eight bars that all need to be green in order for a Level 2 seller to be considered / nominated for TRS status. Most sellers who are considered, however, are not promoted to TRS. Fiverr has their own internal factors that determine who they choose to promote – manually – to Top Rated Seller status.
