Will this effect my rating and level?

I got an order last week and for reasons I’ve told the buyer I was unable to do the video for him because the person I was supposed to do the video with is unavailable for a couple weeks at least. So I sent a mutual cancellation and it was denied but my delivery time has come and gone and he said he would rather wait for the video and I really have no clue when it will happen if it even does. What do I do?

I would pause your gig to start with if you can’t do it. You don’t want to disappoint more customers.



Then I guess tell them either to order at a late date if you don’t want very lates in your queue or mark it complete and give a credit.

Thanks. I have suspended all gigs involving the other person. However I’m still stuck. I supposed I could offer another mutual cancellation.
