Withdraw back to my paypal

I needed a website developed which was not completed as the seller was too ill to finish
The project was cancelled, my funds were put back in my account $350.
how do i withdraw back to my paypal account.

The money shows in green next to my name, but doesnt show in withdrawrals

It doesn’t go back to your Paypal. It stays as Fiverr shopping balance. You can use that $350 and purchase from another seller.

Write to Customer Support and ask them to return the funds to your PayPal. They will help you out.
