Go to customer support. They disabled it for a reason in your case, just contact them.
Yeah I have contacted them but its been 5 days now and no reply.
Just wait, they will reply in up to 10 days, sometimes even more.
Pretty ridiculous support time. Especially when they hold money hostage. My account has perfect metrics. I ready that this was happening to many Sellers after Fiverr made updates recently.
