Withdraw money and tips, how?

Hi, I recently closed a deal on Fiverr, my first deal. Premise, I received this request after at least a couple of months of waiting, I have been registered here for at least a couple of months, but I had never received offers or anything else. Today, I gave the project to the person concerned, he gave me a tip of $10, but the problem is that in my earnings section, I only see the price I asked for and without the tip, why? Also I would like to know how long I have to wait to be able to withdraw the money into my PayPal account.
