Withdraw successfully but don't get any mail

I earn $96 on Fiverr. All dollars was available to withdraw. I withdraw $96 (my Payoneer account ).
4 day ago. The withdraw was complete successfully but don’t get mail and $96 in my Payoneer account. What I to do now?

4 days may not be enough. If everything was set up properly, don’t worry, you’ll get it.
There should have been 1 e-mail notification sent about you withdrew the money.

If not, contact customer support for help, they see more than the forum people.
