You aren’t actually supposed to have 2 accounts, especially if one is blocked but not officially closed. You will have to talk with Fiverr Customer Support to straighten out the whole issue or you may lose this new account too.



I also wouldn’t advise putting a bunch of questions one at a time in the forum. There are already good answers to so many questions if you search first and read the Fiverr Help page which has been redone. Then you can put your more challenging questions that you are truly stuck on. Work out your account issues first, though, that’s pretty important. 🙂

You probably should have read the rules before starting on Fiverr: Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
