Withdrawal issues


Hello, I am a seller here. I withdrew into payoneer card but it was rejected and payoneer said that I should contact fiverr for the money coz it’s not reflected in my balance. I also want to change my payoneer card to another one. I contacted payoneer and they referred me to fiverr.
What are the requirements and procedures to change my payoneer card option and to collect my fund back?
