Withdrawal Paradox

Hello,

I have a problem with my Fiverr account. I’ve been trying to ‘withdraw to bank’ so I can withdraw my earnings, but each time I do, I get this pop-up notification:

‘Network problem. You seem to be unable to receive the verification code. There might be a problem with your network connectivity. Please try again later. Please verify that your phone is connected to your network and restart your phone before trying again’.

I’ve restarted my phone twice already but the problem persists. I have received the verification code twice or thrice in the past but was unable to submit because my phone browser couldn’t handle it and I didn’t have a laptop at that time.

Please, how do I resolve this issue and receive the verification code one last time?
