Withdrawal problem in my account

Hey i intiated a withdrawal from fiverr through my paypal account on August 16 but unfortunately my paypal account wasn’t verified on that date. So it has been more that 30 days that my revenue hasn’t reached paypal or refunded to fiverr. I have send queries to fiverr and paypal both but still in my fiverr earrnings page , it is showing withdrawal in progress in paypal account still. Can anybody help me with this as i have send reports to both fiverr and paypal and still nothing has happened.
