Withdrawal problem with Payoneer card. [RESOLVED]

I am facing problem when I try to withdrawal my payment with payoneer card. An error message show (There was a problem processing your withdrawal request. Please try again a few second). How can I get my payment by my Payoneer card?

Same here. Have contacted support too, no response in 24-hours.

It was the same for me, now the button is clickable, but when I click it I get this error: "You have reached the maximum amount of withdrawals per day. No action is taken. Try again tomorrow."



Very, very frustrating.

Same happened to me today. i get error WITHDRAWAL ERROR.

Now withdraw buttons are disabled.



I contacted support, but no response so-far.

Today I have also face same problem. I try to withdraw money to my fiverr master card. But show a error messages(There was a problem processing your withdrawal request. Please try again a few second). Now still disable my withdraw button. I already contact to fiverr customer support. Still I didn’t find any solution.

I’ve got a reply that it’s forwarded to their tech team, and they said: “This may take some time to resolve on our end”. Hope they resolve this very soon…



Anyone else getting the “You have reached the maximum amount of withdrawals per day” now?

Yep, same problem here “try again later”. At least now we know it’s happening to many sellers.

I’ve gotten a reply and they said to try again, and it worked for me now! The Payoneer email didn’t arrive, but when I logged into my account I was able to load the money from there.

Fiverr customer service didn’t give any solution still now. Anybody know upgrade about this problem?

I am also having the same problem, in that both my Withdrawal options ‘greyed out’ directly after attempting a withdrawal.



Fiverr Support: Could you please weigh in here? If there are difficulties across the board, fine - but a bit of clarity would probably put an end to many people’s worries.

Hey I didn’t find any solution to my withdraw problem. Fiverr customer care send this reply

"Hi delanaadloff,



From our end we can see that you have a withdrawal in progress. In some cases it can take 3-5 days for the process to complete. Please let us know if you continue to experience any issues after this time.

Why did you resurrect this thread? Are you having issues withdrawing to your Payoneer card as well? I believe you are only allowed to withdraw your funds once every 24 hours, and this may be why he could not click the button again. Perhaps his internet connection timed out in the middle of the transaction or there was another issue. At any rate, this is something you would need to write to Fiverr in order to get it figured out as no one here has access to your info or account.



The second sentence you typed explains why you would not be able to transfer again - no action taken means they didn’t transfer anything due to you having met the maximum withdrawls for that day and to attempt in another 24 hours to move money to your Payoneer.

Again, not sure why you brought this thread back from the dead, unless you have a question or an issue?

I am facing with same problem that problem all of you are faced when clicked the fiverr revenue button they said You have reached the maximum amount of withdrawals per day. No action is taken. Try again tomorrow

I did not do any transaction Yet.However I contacted fiverr support couple of days ago they did not find it whats the problem yet also I contacted payoneer support they told the issue is on fiverr side.

Anybody here to faced the same problem.
