Work on buyer online tool

Issue

I did annotation work on buyer online tool.

when i completed my work and marked my project as delivered.

Buyer replied in my chat window.

Please repeat work as some other annotator deleted your work.

I rejected to redo as that was not my fault.

Dispute

Buyer created dispute

Customer support

Bad customer support from fiverr as they supported buyer , although they read messages from my chat.

and at end they said provide us a proof in form of screen shots.

and they cleared dispute in favour of buyer

Advise to sellers

When you are working on buyers tools , do have proof of your work in form of screen shots
