Wrong order placement and cancellation

Suddenly I saw an order has been placed, so I was happy but I wondered that it was wrong placement because my gig have nothing like that to do. Then very early I requested to buyer for cancel the order and he also agree with send me the order cancel dispute. When I Accept, I was more wandered that my order completion rate decreased. My question is, if buyer wrong placement an order which don’t match with seller gig and cancel it buyer end then why its affected to seller completation rate?
