A customer of mine misread my gig and now opened up a dispute to receive a refund.
However, I provided all contractual services already.
So, I want to find a solution where both the customer and I are happy.
But for now, the only chances are to cancel the order (bad for my complication percentage and I don’t receive any money) or I don’t cancel it (then I will respectively receive a negative review).
Sin both cases I am the “victim” even though my customer made the mistake by misreading the offer (which was clearly stated).
Is there any other solution for this and how would you recommend to proceed?
