Wrongly Restricted Account

I was trying to add bank transfer as a mode of withdrawal.Upon clicking the link I was asked to enter the 4 digit pin which I received on my cell.I entered it correctly but it was declared as incorrect.Immediately I received another pin and I entered that too correctly but once I did, my account was restricted.What should I do and in which category should I contact customer care.
