WTF. No customer support, no reply to PRO app


I’m not much of a whiner, but no customer support options? It seems odd…applied weeks ago for Fiverr Pro. Crickets. No ability to follow up, other than my whiney post here. Anyone from Fiverr read this stuff or does another member have any insight? Thanks in advance!

I have heard it takes months to hear back. They get many applications an d the selection process is tougher than for TRS. Most who get “Pro” have something to offer that is very extraordinary, they are influencers, well-known in their industry or something like that.
