I tried opening my Fiverr app and is telling me that I cannot perform this action. I have updated my app yet is still saying the same thing.
I don’t know what this means, but as it says you will be better off contacting customer support. Keep in mind there is a wait time of over a week at the moment.
While you’re waiting, the mobile site is pretty awful, but useful in a pinch.
Ugh yeah it really is brutal. If I need to do something the app and mobile site can’t do I log in on my browser then select the desktop site option. It’s not mobile friendly but it has everything I would have if I were on Fiverr at my computer.
Please uninstall the Fiverr app & install & sign-in again.
