What could be the possible cause of this?

A buyer just placed an order, I already have 2 in queue which I’m working on but as I tried to check what the buyer has requested via my mobile app, I keep getting a message that reads:

“You cannot perform this action, please contact customer support ”

Update: everything is working just fine again. 🙂
