I am getting this when i am trying to send buyer requests “You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!”…
I have 4.4 star ratings and that makes 90%.still i can’t send buyer requests.
Please let me know what I can do.

You have one review that is 4.4, but you actually got 5 stars + 4 stars + 4 stars ( Seller Communication, Service as Described, Would Recommend) and that is 86.6%.

You need to get 1 review with 5 stars and you will be above 90 again
