Your user profile is incomplete. Please edit it, Pls resolve this problems

Hi, For some reason I have a green 1 showing on my ‘to do’ all the time. When I click on it, it says “Your user profile is incomplete. Please edit it”. But my profile completed. There is nothing to complete. Can you tell me how to get rid of the 1 because it’s really annoying seeing it every time I log on and I don’t seem to be able to do anything about it.
I have already tried different browser to check it the same problems showing even using clear ed cache & cookies
