Your user profile is incomplete


I’m new to fiverr. I always marked my profile is incomplete. Someone can it help me. Thank you in advance

I keep having the same issue, uploaded picture, update description - stills gives me a reminder of incomplete profile.

Did you link your facebook account?

I did nothing. I just contact Technical Support by explaining the problem. 24 hours later, I received an email as what the problem is solved.

If possible, can you state what was “incomplete” and how the issue was resolved?

Write SOMETHING ABOUT YOU (en) between 150 - 300 characters
Choose your language in I CAN COMMUNICATE IN
Save Changes

- Account Settings
Your Fiverr account is associated with your Facebook profile
Save Changes

Hi! I fixed it by uploading my photo again. I don’t know why this fixed it, but I hope this works for everyone.

Yes, that is how it works for everyone mostly, just add a new photo, or re-add your current one

Re-uploading the profile pic didn’t solve it for me. Please help.
