Youtube Help. I need a brand channel. Need some guidance

Hi friends

My brother has an idea to create a Video tutorial website and a youtube channel for that.

We need a Brand/Partner youtube account for that



I don’t know Brand and Partner channels are same or not but i need a channel with header space to post links. i don’t want adsense earnings from the channel( i don’t mind if we can get adsense earnings too 😉 ). only thing i need is a channel with that awesome look and clickable links on background

Applying for Youtube Adsense and Applying for Partner account is same or different?
