policy . Here are so many sellers are selling youtubes view. 
Perhaps some detail would be helpful here?
Content creators will no longer be able to profit from their videos until their channels hit 10,000 total views.

I like the policy to be honest
Reached 10k 9 years ago so guess im safe. Though a view limit seems kinda silly as i doubt anyone even gets back what they put in to the videos with youtube ad revenue alone.
