I have an issue with a seller that did not complete their work and I gave them the benefit of being patient. Now I can’t get a refund because Fiverr has ZERO customer support to reach out to or at least it is very difficult to find. This is aggravating and makes me not want to use Fiverr any longer or recommend to friends any longer. I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me so I can resolve my issue ASAP. Your lack of customer service is disappointing.
