New to fiverr, but facing some issues regarding rating,

These are my suggestions/comments:

Gig: I will design logo, business card, letterhead, and stationery items
In the gig description:
“Thankyou” could be “Thank you”
“my stationary gig” could be “my stationery gig”
It says “unlimited revision” but none of the packages have the number of revisions set to unlimited.

Gig: I will do photoshop editing background removal amazon product editing retouching etc
In the gig description:
“THANKYOU” could be “Thank you”

Hello, Issues are coming in because you do the work but ignore and block customers when they ask for simple edits because they already given you reviews. I had to get the business cards done by another seller. I asked the support to contact you but you refused to communicate to me or unblock me, I was forced to have the order cancelled. Look for me for payment for the work that I used, I didnt use most of the work, it comes badly when printed.
