Dear Umar:

I took a quick look at your profile:

Your profile image: The filter you’ve chosen has the unfortunate effect of making it look like you’re robbing a bank. I suggest you choose a standard professional pose that focuses on your smiling face.
Your log line: You shoot yourself in the foot by talking about quality while having no space after your comma and awkward phrasing. You need to come up with a better log line and clean up English spelling grammar, and punctuation every where: profile text, gig descriptions, wherever.
Your profile text – note the edits:

Hello, I’ll always pay special attention to your projects. I’m an expert in graphic design and web design projects. I work with clients around the globe to provide high quality services & to establish long-term working relationships. I’m here to help YOU. -Umar

All your gigs should have video, 2 pdfs (for samples), and so on…

Make a video of yourself talking to the camera, because this approach garners IMMEDIATE RESULTS. Include additional samples in the video!

There is no reason for a Level 2 Seller to offer unlimited revisions. You’re costing yourself time and money with this policy. I suggest changing your packages to 1 / 3 / 5 revisions to start, and adjusting based on Buyer feedback. Offer additional revisions as gig extras.

I glanced at your “ELEGANT signature logo” gig. In my humble opinion, you are over-using bold and highlighting here. What’s the purpose of the short questionnaire after the order? Why not include this questionnaire as a pdf in your Live Portfolio and ask your Buyers to include that information with the Requirements? I may not understand the logistics here – it’s not necessarily necessary that you revise this way of doing things, if it’s working for you. You should add FAQs.

Good luck,
Blaise

As a general rule, when I have time to participate in the Fiverr Forum and I notice a request like yours in the “Improve My Gig” section, I am willing and able to look at a Seller’s Profile and one gig one time.

I can give you a better level of assistance if you first work your way through the checklist below. That way, I won’t waste your one turn by advising you to follow items on the checklist. Please study this thread to better appreciate what I’m talking about here.

The first thing I want to point out is all of the descriptions. They are all filled with jargon from your industry. When you sell something people don’t want to know a lot of the jargon. The other thing is each package is not very strategic. If you look at most websites or services that have multiple packages the basic package is usually designed to upsell the middle package, the middle package is usually the companies bread and butter sale and the highest package is usually a more professional package that has a lot of benefits.

The first thing I thought when I saw your middle package is “why should I buy it?”

Logo design, 3D Mockup, Hi-Res files (JPG, PDF), Layered Source/Vector files (AI, EPS, PSD)

Why do I want a 3D mockup, why would hi-res files not be in the basic package, why do I want the source files? Are the files in the basic package not hi-res? Are they of poorer quality? Is he trying to upsell the middle package too hard? It all seems too sales-y for me. I would re-write as follows with this wording.

Basic

Includes a professional logo in high resolution and transparent background.

Premium

Includes a professional logo in high resolution, transparent background in PNG, JPEG and PSD Format.

Pro

Includes a professional logo in high resolution, transparent background in PNG, JPEG and PSD Format, and business card, letterhead and facebook and twitter cover.

I am offering the same thing you did, but I make it clear why each one is offered. The language is nicer and it is much easier for someone to make a buying decision.

If you would like me to help you with more product descriptions and help with sales contact me.
